I hope many of you made it out to the All Horse
Parade for the Delaware County Fair.
Parade for the Delaware County Fair.

It was a little wet but once it started it turned out
great. Amanda Plumbing is a proud sponsor of the

Also September 11th was our nations anniversary of
the Twin Towers. Being a retired United States
Marine and many prior military service employees
here at Amanda Plumbing, we prayed for those who
lost their lives and their families.
I would like to touch a little bit about water
heaters this month. Are you prepared to deal with
a leaking water heater which in turn could cause a
flooded basement? With the extreme temperature
fluctuations in day and night temperatures we
start experiencing in September and October, we
see a lot of water heaters start leaking or just
blow out. In turn that causes a lot of flooding.
The average life expectancy of a water heater is
10.5 years in Ohio. If you don’t know how old
your water heater is, you can get the model
number and serial number off of the heater and
call it in to our office. We will cross reference
the information and find out. A new water heater
not only gives you piece of mind, but increases
your homes efficiency and lowers you monthly
utility costs. Our friendly office staff would be
happy to quote you a price to install a new
Bradford White high efficiency water heater in
either a gas or electric model.
We wish all of our loyal customers a safe and
Happy Halloween.
